ACCESS-MH Project
A program of research entitled Barriers and Facilitators in Access to Child/Youth Mental Health Services or ACCESS-MH has been conducted over the past five years by a team of researchers in Atlantic Canada. The funding for this program of research was provided through the Community Based Primary Health Care Team grants program sponsored by CIHR.

The purpose of the research was to study how services are provided to children and youth with any of five mental health conditions (Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and Eating Disorders) and to use the results of the research to propose more effective approaches to service delivery for these five conditions.
